Problem

Traditional grocery shopping often involves multiple middlemen, resulting in higher prices, inconsistent product quality, and delayed deliveries. Farmers receive lower profits while customers pay more for products that are no longer fresh. Existing platforms also lack transparency regarding product sourcing and often provide a poor mobile shopping experience.

Research

Khet 2 Ghar is a farm-to-home eCommerce platform designed to bridge the gap between farmers and customers by providing fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, groceries, and other farm products directly from farms to households. The objective was to build a fast, mobile-first shopping experience with a trustworthy brand identity, seamless ordering process, and scalable infrastructure capable of handling daily orders and future expansion.
